Customer Advisory Board set up to share knowledge between shared record users

Graphnet has set up a Customer Advisory Board to steer the strategic direction of shared record policy and development and to act as a focus group for knowledge sharing between health and social care users of the company’s shared record and population health solutions.

The Customer Advisory Board will also play a key role in the dissemination of information to/from Graphnet’s existing National User Group.

Christine Walters, IT lead for St Helens Cares integrated care system and associated shared record, has been elected by members to co-chair the advisory board.  Christine is chairing alongside Hadleigh Stollar, customer director at Graphnet. 

Christine commented: “The strategic importance of shared records to care systems are now being understood and the advisory board is a timely opportunity to share experience and shape future development for maximum benefit.”

At a strategic level, the advisory board will be charged with thought leadership and policy development.

In practical terms, the meetings will help Graphnet to understand its customers’ requirements and priorities and build them into the product roadmap.  It will also be an opportunity to share benefits realisation so that all customers can make the most of the advantages its systems offer and identify challenges to be resolved.

The Customer Advisory Board is made up of senior responsible officer, chief information officer and chief clinical information officer representatives from Graphnet’s growing customer base.

Setting up this working group is a great mechanism towards that.  I’m looking forward to the advisory board sharing experiences to enrich local and national implementations of the Graphnet solutions, which in turn will go on to improve outcomes for patients and the NHS”, said Hadleigh Stollar, Customer Advisory Board co-chair and customer director at Graphnet.
